📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the commercial skills of our talent pool.
• Conduct workshops, mentorship sessions, and performance reviews to support employee development.
• Create and maintain learning materials, including manuals, guides, and case studies.
• Collaborate with managers to align training initiatives with business objectives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
• Provide coaching and feedback to employees to foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in commercial learning.
• Support the onboarding and integration of new hires into the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial training, learning and development, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs.
• Strong understanding of commercial operations and the ability to tailor training to specific needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate employees.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle or Cornerstone is a plus.
• Certification in instructional design or commercial training is a plus.
