📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Mentor and coach school leaders to enhance their academic and administrative skills.
• Develop and implement strategic educational plans to improve academic performance.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to school administrators.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote continuous professional development.
• Collaborate with educational consultants and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with industry standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of educational strategies to ensure they meet the desired outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in educational leadership.
• Provide guidance and support to schools in navigating challenges and seizing opportunities for growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership or a similar role.
• Proven track record of mentoring and coaching school administrators.
• Strong understanding of national and international educational standards and benchmarks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using educational management software and tools.
• Certification in educational leadership or a related field is a plus.
