As a Finance Manager, your daily tasks will include managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and advising on strategic financial decisions. You'll work closely with our CFO and team to drive operational efficiency and profitability. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the financial operations of our F&B and hospitality outlets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Develop and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, using tools like QuickBooks or SAP.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to the management team.
• Collaborate with the CFO and finance team to implement cost-saving measures and optimize financial performance.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment processing, including vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
• Monitor and manage the budget for each location, ensuring adherence to financial targets and forecasts.
• Provide financial advice and support to restaurant managers and staff on financial matters.
• Stay updated with the latest financial regulations and industry best practices, ensuring our operations remain compliant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
• Proven track record of managing financial operations and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
