📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records
• Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
• Support the accounting team in maintaining and organizing financial records
• Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other financial filings
• Provide administrative support to the finance department
• Participate in audits and internal reviews as needed
• Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a construction or development company
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
