Good Sale Tech is seeking an Affiliate Manager to lead the growth of our beauty brands through strategic partnerships with top-tier creators, KOLs, and affiliate partners. Based in Jakarta Raya, this role is perfect for someone passionate about beauty, e-commerce, and building high-impact affiliate programs.

As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing affiliate marketing strategies that drive sales and brand awareness. You will work closely with our marketing team to identify and recruit the best affiliate partners, negotiate terms, and track performance. • Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Identify, recruit, and manage top-tier affiliate partners, creators, and KOLs.
• Negotiate terms and agreements with affiliate partners to ensure mutual benefits.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and affiliate tracking software.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling affiliate campaigns and promotional materials.
• Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on affiliate program performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing affiliate programs.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and affiliate tracking software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Familiarity with the beauty and e-commerce industries is a plus.
