📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and that safety protocols are followed.
• Manage the inventory of chemicals and supplies, and coordinate with vendors to ensure that we have the necessary resources to conduct our research.
• Train and supervise laboratory staff, ensuring that they are knowledgeable about safety protocols and laboratory procedures.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory operations.
• Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment, and perform routine maintenance and calibration.
• Conduct quality control checks on laboratory samples and data, and ensure that all results are accurate and reliable.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new laboratory protocols and procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that laboratory resources are being used effectively and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as chemistry, biology, or laboratory science.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in laboratory administration or a related field.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and regulations.
• Experience with laboratory equipment and software, such as LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) and ELN (Electronic Laboratory Notebook).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
