As a Facilities Executive, you will be the backbone of our property management team, ensuring that every aspect of our properties runs smoothly. You will work closely with property managers, maintenance teams, and vendors to address any issues that arise, and you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining robust systems to ensure the smooth operation of our properties. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a stunning location while contributing to the success of some of the most prestigious properties in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring high levels of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors to address and resolve any issues or maintenance requests promptly.
• Implement and maintain robust systems for property management, including inventory control, work order management, and vendor coordination.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers, maintenance teams, and vendors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance of properties and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure that all properties are well-maintained and presentable, contributing to a positive guest experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in facilities management and implement them as appropriate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple properties.
• Strong knowledge of property management software, such as Workplace by FM, or similar systems.
• Certification in facilities management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
