📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all export and import transactions, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with global suppliers and customers to facilitate smooth and efficient trade operations.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability for export orders.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for export and import shipments, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with international partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Utilize trade management software such as SAP or Oracle to track and manage trade transactions.
• Stay updated with international trade trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure our operations remain competitive and compliant.
• Provide regular reports on trade performance and insights to support strategic decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export-import operations, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, including those of the World Trade Organization (WTO) and ASEAN Economic Community (AEC).
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with trade management software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with international partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
