📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of our employees.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and presentations to our team members.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, including conducting interviews and assessments.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding process.,Maintain accurate records of training programs, attendees, and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences.,Proficient in using training software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Zoom.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.,Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
