📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure documentation accuracy
• Create user manuals, guides, and other technical materials
• Review and edit technical content for clarity and correctness
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing
• Contribute to the improvement of documentation processes and tools
• Assist in the creation of training materials and tutorials
• Provide technical support to users through documentation and other means

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing
• Strong understanding of software development processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
