📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Present company products and services to clients and negotiate contracts.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company.,Train and mentor junior sales representatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or related industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of the construction industry and market trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
