📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Identifying and analyzing risks and vulnerabilities within the organization.,Developing and implementing audit plans and procedures.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and recommendations.,Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulations.,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors and staff.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with the last 3 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and standards is a plus.
