📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the distribution team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of products.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely replenishment.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.,Conduct regular sales reviews and provide feedback to the team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth.,Develop and maintain effective communication channels with all stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of distribution processes and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
