Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations of the room division, including housekeeping, guest room inspections, and maintenance requests.
• Ensure all guest rooms are clean, well-stocked, and ready for occupancy according to established standards.
• Manage and motivate a team of room attendants, providing training and development opportunities.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out processes.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to room division operations.
• Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and resort policies.
• Participate in resort-wide initiatives and events to promote a positive guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
