Crown Central Sejahtera is seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and effective learning experiences that support the growth and development of our employees.

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia. We are looking for someone who is committed to continuous learning and development, both personally and professionally.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective learning programs and initiatives.
  • Identify learning needs and design solutions to address them.
  • Create and maintain learning materials, including e-learning modules, training manuals, and other resources.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure learning initiatives align with business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to support employee development.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
