📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Conduct job analyses to determine the skills, qualifications, and experience required for each position.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews, assess candidates' skills and fit for the role, and provide feedback to hiring managers.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to ensure we are attracting the best talent.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the team.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role in a healthcare or related industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
