PT Mandiri Abadi is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation, user manuals, and other related materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and a passion for clear and concise communication.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and other related materials.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Create and maintain documentation templates and style guides.,Train and mentor junior technical writers and other team members.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the development of new products and services by providing technical documentation and support.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on software or hardware documentation.,Strong knowledge of technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and processes.,Experience in working with international teams and stakeholders.
