📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier operations to ensure smooth transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to all clients.,Handle cash deposits and withdrawals accurately and efficiently.,Monitor and maintain cash levels to prevent shortages or surpluses.,Train and mentor junior staff members in cash handling and customer service skills.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.,Generate and maintain accurate financial reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong knowledge of cash handling and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using basic accounting software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid ID and cash handling certificate.,Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to financial transactions.
