📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Oversee the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Coordinate with management to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.,Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and equal opportunity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
