Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve productivity,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs,Manage and mentor operational staff to ensure high performance standards,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Conduct regular operational audits to assess performance and identify risks,Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement operational plans

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficient in using operational software and tools,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and regulations
