ORBIT Jaya is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Generalist to join our team in Singkawang. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those with limited HR experience to gain valuable insights and develop their HR skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as processing payroll, updating employee information, and managing HR documentation.,Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.,Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.,Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of HR experience or relevant internship experience.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
