📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist guests with their daily needs, such as making beds, arranging rooms, and providing towels and toiletries.,Ensure that the guest rooms are clean, tidy, and well-maintained according to the hotel's standards.,Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests upon arrival and check-out, and addressing any concerns or requests they may have.,Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.,Assist with special events and functions as required.,Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in hospitality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with hotel and hospitality industry practices and procedures.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
