Junior Account Executive - Financial Reporting & Transaction Accuracy

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support the accounting team in the preparation of month-end and year-end financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis for management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
