📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and customers.,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.,Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems.,Monitor and maintain the company's IT systems to ensure optimal performance.,Provide training and support to employees on IT-related matters.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and security.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
