📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement secure access controls and identity management solutions using tools like Okta, Azure AD, or Ping Identity.
• Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to detect and respond to potential threats.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing systems and applications.
• Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
• Provide training and support to employees on IAM best practices and security awareness.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in identity management and cybersecurity.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a focus on secure digital infrastructure.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Certified IAM Professional (CIPM) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of security protocols, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
• Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions like AWS IAM, Azure AD, or Google BeyondCorp.
