📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Support the development and implementation of training programs for new hires and existing employees.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys and feedback sessions.
• Assist in performance management activities, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching.
• Maintain and update employee records using HRIS systems like BambooHR or Workday.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives, providing valuable insights and support.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience or internship in HR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with HRIS systems like BambooHR or Workday is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive and eager to learn, with a strong work ethic.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
