📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Oversee the loading and unloading of goods at distribution centers and customer locations.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain optimal stock.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during distribution activities.,Maintain accurate records of distribution activities and generate reports as required.,Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and adjust distribution strategies accordingly.,Conduct regular checks on delivery vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.,Provide training and support to distribution team members to enhance their performance and skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of distribution processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and software is a plus.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
