📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and process monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages.,Monitor cash flow and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide support to other departments as needed, such as inventory management and budgeting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
