📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and repair of property equipment and facilities.,Perform routine inspections and ensure that all equipment is in good working condition.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.,Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of projects.,Provide technical support to property staff as needed.,Participate in emergency response and repair activities.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in property maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Technician or similar role.,Strong knowledge of property maintenance equipment and tools.,Familiarity with building systems and HVAC principles.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical skills in property maintenance and repair.Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.Experience with building automation systems.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
