📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of retail sales strategies to meet targets.,Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection and purchases.,Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels.,Collaborate with the sales team to organize promotions, discounts, and special events.,Assist in the training and development of new retail staff.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the retail store.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in retail sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
