You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our team and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with our services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of sales and marketing professionals.,Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.,Ensure that all sales and marketing activities comply with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular training and development sessions for the team.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company's market share.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.,Proven track record of success in managing and leading teams.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the gas industry is a plus.
