📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Oversee the processing of payroll and benefits for staff.,Conduct regular audits of financial records to ensure accuracy.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other required filings.,Provide financial analysis and advice to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a healthcare or similar environment.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Familiarity with health insurance and payroll systems is a plus.
