📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the construction and maintenance of critical infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and utilities.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project plans and safety regulations.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure supervision, with a focus on large-scale construction projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and completing projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and best practices.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software like MS Project.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
